Visited the dealship to test drive a RAV4 and a Highlander I came to the dealership with the intent of test driving a Highlander and a RAV4. I was surprised that the available online resources : EDMUNDS.co I came to the dealership with the intent of test driving a Highlander and a RAV4. I was surprised that the available online resources : EDMUNDS.com and CARS.com indicated that your dealership had 9 Highlanders in stock. This was not the case. There were only 2 available. This brings people into your dealership with an expectation of choice of vehicles. The reality is that you have the option to take what is on the lot because there is no dealer stock on certain models. After test driving the Highlander and RAV4, I knew that the Highlander was the model that I was interested in. My sales person Courtney, was excellent in offering all information about the models as I took the test drives. Courtney was also very patient as I was making my decision about model and whether to lease or buy. I left the dealership with a Toyota Highlander lease. After all the paper work was completed , Courtney sat in the car with me to go over the operation of the car. My phone was synched and any question was answered. More

Staying consiste My experiences at Shore Toyota Service Center have been excellent! Jaime Camilli was my service advisor and Jim Fox is my mechanic. Staying consistently with the same mechanic has helped as he knows my car and I trust his judgement. He always gives me a heads up when something major will be upcoming - my recent visit he indicated that I still have time but start planning for new tires. This gives me time to prepare financially for the purchase of those tires. Very happy! More

After I drove into the service ba This was my first service visit to Shore. Making the appointment was easy. I had an oil change on my 2014 Tacoma. After I drove into the service bay, I was met by a rep that was friendly and took all the information about my truck. There was no high pressure sales pitch to get extra service I did not need or want. She said her records showed the interior air filters had not been changed and they would be checked as part of the service. As it turned out they did not need to be changed. That saved me some money. I was in and out in about two hours, after getting there at 11:30am. I was very satisfied with the service. More
