I returned the next morning and spoke to a manager who told me someone would call me to make an appointment to bring the car in to replace the windshield. After waiting a couple of days of not receiving a call, I called again and was told the person that schedules appointments was out. After a couple more days, I called again and an appointment was made for today. Upon arriving, I was told they would only repair the chip rather than replacement and it couldn't be done today because it was wet. I was told the person that handles this is only in on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I am very disappointed because I was told and I expected the winshield to be replaced. It was suggested that the chip occurred after I took delivery of the car. Since I don't remember the name of the original manager I spoke to the following morning, it appears my word is now doubted. Now they say they will repair the chip and will not replace it. I paid a lot of money for this car and I trusted the integrity of this tayota dealership. I expect the windshield to be replaced as originally promised. Please address this matter to the general manager. I am DianaConte, 609 823 8959. I went to my dealer the next day since it wasn't the tires. After this I will buy everything like tires and wipers from this dealer, not just for service. Bob Anderson test drove it and told me it was a right rear hub assembly. He gave me a quote. When I picked it up it was less than the quote. Can you imagine. I was, and am so grateful I have service where I know they won't cheat me and are so friendly and comforting. I am 73, on subsidized housing and my Prius is a necessity. I feel like they are family. When I was much younger nobody trusted dealers. It's a God-send that Shore Toyota has such a friendly, efficient and skilled repair shop. My car is special and I trust Shore Toyota to take care of me in all my servicing needs. AND THEY ALL LOVE MY DOG CHINA WHEN I BRING HER IN. More

Review I was told not to go to Shore but I gave them a chance. In the past I went to Turnersville. I paid cash for a Camry XLE 2016. It was difficult to ge I was told not to go to Shore but I gave them a chance. In the past I went to Turnersville. I paid cash for a Camry XLE 2016. It was difficult to get exactly what I wanted as viewed "on-line". One of my requests was illuminated door sills. The mgr. found a car with them but when I looked I said they didn't look like they were lighting. Sales person said they are lit it's just subtle. I went home looked on line to see how they were supposed to look like and they were NOT illuminated. (which I paid for). I called and the Customer Mgr. (I guess who fixes problems), said bring the car in and they fixed the door sills. I took my car to the car wash and my pin striping was peeling off. I called and same mgr. (Tammy) said bring it in and they will replace the pin striping. I became ill but brought it in 2 weeks later. (I did inform Tammy of this and she said no problem anytime is fine because service had a work order for me). I called the day before to tell them I would be there the next day. When I came in I was in the waiting room and I was told they were out of my color pin striping. I could either chose another color or wait for my color to be ordered. I chose to wait. I ask you...should I have to go through all this on my brand new car? Also, at the time of purchase it was communicated several times about giving "all 10's rating" so the sales person could receive a bonus. Shouldn't this be earned...it was not. But they received a high rating due to my kindness not merit. More
