What a great Dealership I am a previous client of Shore Toyota. I purchased a 2016 Toyota Camry. When I arrived I was greeted right away by Bobby Nelson my sales associate. B I am a previous client of Shore Toyota. I purchased a 2016 Toyota Camry. When I arrived I was greeted right away by Bobby Nelson my sales associate. Bobby and Gabe worked together to make the deal happen. Signing the papers with Eric was fast, efficient but he took the time to explain each paper. My insurance company was closed so I was unable to take the car home on the date of purchase. The next day they were able to add the car to my insurance and the car was washed and ready to go when I arrived. We were greeted by Glen Ridel and Danny Leach who my dad has known for years as a previous salesperson. We were delighted because they are now supervisors so to find it not robbery and stop pass and congratulate me and talk was great. I was so happy to return again because of great service. Worst experience ever I bring my my car over for a re-call about the airbags. They call me to come pick it up after they finish working on it. I got in it and drove off but I bring my my car over for a re-call about the airbags. They call me to come pick it up after they finish working on it. I got in it and drove off but i notice the locks on the doors were not working when i put the car in gear. So i went back to the dealer, park out back and as i was getting out of the car when i open the door i notice all the lights inside my vehicle are flashing going crazy. I go inside and tell them and the nerves, they ask me if i ever change my alarm or anything that it could be the reason, i said everything on my car is original from the dealer, that they have to fix it. An hour later they come get me from the waiting area and told me the car is ready i ask what was wrong turns out the mecanic put in the wrong part. I left home 1 or 2 later i notice the time on my dash board is not changing and a check engine comes on. I took the car back, and for nothing i end up talking to a manager that try to handle me like a little kid. Anyway is theyre lost im never servicing there again and another thing i was getting ready to buy a minivan, i put together a $12,000 down payment to get 2016 toyota sienna but after that experience i'll take my money somewhere else. More
Awesome, as always, dealing with Shore Toyota This is the 4th vehicle purchase we have made at Shore Toyota and we never even entertain the idea of going anywhere else. Our Sales Agent, Courtney, This is the 4th vehicle purchase we have made at Shore Toyota and we never even entertain the idea of going anywhere else. Our Sales Agent, Courtney, listens to what we want and quickly fits the bill exactly to our wants and needs. There is NEVER anyone trying to talk you in to something you didn't want, or something more expensive. The finance gentleman is efficient, reliable and ethical. We give him a number and he does what he can to make that number happen, we discuss the plan and that's it. Usually within 10 minutes, no back and forth for an hour. The deal is fast, they are well aware I want no "extras hiding in the back room at final closing" and we are never pressured for anything. Moving forward, service is extremely important to us, the purchase is a one time deal, the maintenance/service is significantly longer. I have been dealing with Bob in services for more than 10 years and can honestly say, he knows how I and my husband drive and fits the scheduled maintenance to our driving habits, not just what the book says is needed. Can't tell you how very much appreciated that is and is one reason we keep returning. At this point, as long as things remain the same, we will not choose another dealer More

First of all, my main contact, Dave Schulnick, no matter how pressed he is for time or how busy things are, takes time out to carefully listen to my concerns and do what he can to meet them. There are no empty promises. I trust him. Also, I am pleased to see that his colleagues are willing to help if he is away from his desk or is out for the day. Overall, I see the service staff in general as responsive, competent, and helpful. This factor is the main reason I keep coming back. More
2003 Tacoma I brought my 2003 Tacoma in to have the frame inspected for rust. The vehicle was put on the lift and I was allowed to inspect the frame myself.
