New Car Purchase I contacted Shields and to be honest was less than hopeful that they would be able to help me. My current car was worth less than 1,000, it needed 7,0 I contacted Shields and to be honest was less than hopeful that they would be able to help me. My current car was worth less than 1,000, it needed 7,000 worth of work and I still owed 5,000 on the loan. With John, Teresa and Greg's help they were able to get me approved for a brand new 2017 Ford Focus and keep my payments reasonable. It feels good to have a new car with such good warranties! More

John explained all the workings of the Tacoma and on the test drive answered all our questions. When we left the business, John told us to call him if we had any questions. John was not pushy and we call later on in the day saying we wanted the truck. John was very pleasant and introduced us to the owner and management. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly.
