Since may I’ve been waiting for a recall on my mustang . Parts department was great but when I got to the service department. That’s when I started to get disappointed. Dropped my car off the morning of my appointment and left it. It was supposed to be done that department. That’s when I started to get disappointed. Dropped my car off the morning of my appointment and left it. It was supposed to be done that afternoon, well the shop lost power and didn’t get it done till the next morning, only problem for me is I then didn’t have a ride to go back and pick it up. So I picked it up two days later the new tires look great but then I look in the back of my car and instead of putting the spare tire back where it went, it was just placed in the back on top of my daughter’s softball equipment. now this may be my fault for over thinking and thinking the dealership would of place it back where it should of went but I think customer service wise that’s what would of been done. More
