Unfortunately, in between the time of you making your appointment and the time you came in for your appointment, Ford began to limit us on the amount of parts available to complete your recall to 1 per week. We neglected to call you to reschedule before your scheduled appointment. We are very sorry for the inconvenience that we have caused. We have implemented additional procedures to avoid this happening again in the future.
