We went to Shelor on a very busy Saturday, so we had to wait longer than usual and noticed quite a few other people waiting as well. Other than that the customer service was great. We had a good rapport with our sales person, he treated us with respect and took our questions and comments seriously. We couldn't ask for anything more from a sales person, he was friendly and made the process as smooth as possible. He never made us feel like he was trying to "get us" with a higher price and he talked to his manager instead of trying to beat us down to the price they wanted. Over all it was a good car buying experience. We will definitely tell our family and friends to shop there. More

They are usually high pressure, uncomfortable, drawn out, sometimes confrontational, and I almost always feel that I've been taken advantage of. The buying experience with Shelor Toyota last weekend was actually a pleasant experience. The salesman I worked with (Danny Burkholder) was knowledgeable, helpful, did not apply high pressure, and after it was all said and done, I felt it was a fair deal for both of us. Shelor will definitely be at the top of my list the next time I'm in the market for a new vehicle, and I'll request Danny by name. More

All of the employees were very frienldy and helpful with the process.
