Awesome Experience! I recently purchased a 2017 Tacoma at Shelor Toyota and the whole experience was awesome! My first point of contact was with the sales manager Michael I recently purchased a 2017 Tacoma at Shelor Toyota and the whole experience was awesome! My first point of contact was with the sales manager Michael Parks. He and I had e-mailed back and forth several times before we met at the customer receiving area. Michael was both very friendly and very helpful in every way possible. If I had a question or concern, he was there for me for sure. Thank you Michael Parks!! My sales consultant was Dave Collinsworth and that guy is just amazing! From the very first second, he made me feel at home and comfortable. Dave is super down to Earth and friendly, the kind of guy that you want to deal with when purchasing a new vehicle. I highly recommend visiting him if you are in the market for a new Toyota. Dave is also very knowledgeable when it comes to product. My new Tacoma came fully loaded and Dave was able to explain all the bells and whistles in a way that was very understandable and easy to follow. Thank you Dave Collinsworth! I am Grateful for the whole experience man! Overall, I would recommend Shelor Toyota if you are in the market for a new vehicle. I never felt pressured to buy. Every staff member that I dealt with was friendly and helpful. I was given a very fair trade in value on my previous Tacoma that was also purchased at Shelor. And you can't beat the 10 year/100,000 mile warranty. And they were able to get me a good interest rate on my loan. I absolutely love my new Tacoma and these guys now have a customer for life. Regular warranty maintenace service I brought my 2015 Prius V in for the one year scheduled Toyota maintenance. Service was prompt and courteous. I was there less than 30 minutes. Unfort I brought my 2015 Prius V in for the one year scheduled Toyota maintenance. Service was prompt and courteous. I was there less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I forgot to mention that a small trim piece just in front of the back wheel was hanging down, apparently because a fastener was missing. I was disappointed that the tech who rotated the tires did not notice this obvious problem and replace a 25 cent part, or even ask about it. The other concern I had was making my appointment. I called to schedule the one year maintenance, but then received an appointment confirmation email stating I was confirmed for a Virginia annual inspection. My inspection was not due until February, the last one having been done at Shelor, which should have been in your computer system. More
