Regular warranty maintenace service I brought my 2015 Prius V in for the one year scheduled Toyota maintenance. Service was prompt and courteous. I was there less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately, I forgot to mention that a small trim piece just in front of the back wheel was hanging down, apparently because a fastener was missing. I was disappointed that the tech who rotated the tires did not notice this obvious problem and replace a 25 cent part, or even ask about it. The other concern I had was making my appointment. I called to schedule the one year maintenance, but then received an appointment confirmation email stating I was confirmed for a Virginia annual inspection. My inspection was not due until February, the last one having been done at Shelor, which should have been in your computer system. More

Our salesman was Brian Barringer and he was a pleasure to deal with and made our purchase easy. Our only problem was with the $499.00 transaction fee which we thought was excessive as I worked in car business for many years and most dealers only charge $50 to $100.00 but we had to pay it to get the truck we wanted. Otherwise our buying experience was great, from Kathy to Brian and on to finance was a pleasure. When we get ready for another Truck we will give Brian a call!!! More
