The sales representative responsible for managing the sale was Serge Sajous. All members of the sales team were courteous, very friendly in their interaction, and conveyed vehicle/dealer/financial information without "pushing" various options. We entered the facility at 1:00 PM and left with the new vehicle (washed, waxed, interior protective coating applied, and full tank of gas) at 4:30 PM. The whole purchasing experience was handled expeditiously and was as painless as possible. More
