I utilized USAA buyers certificates and Hope Bradley maintained friendly and close contact thereafter. Due to challenges matching schedules, Rick recommended Yeneneh Girma who works closely with Rick with USAA customers. Mr. Girma was always very personable/knowledgeable and spent the most time with me, provided a great test drive on a Tundra Limited and closely reviewed other Tundra versions with me. I made a follow-up appt with Mr. Girma and he had the certified used 2015 Tundra 1794 out and ready for my arrival. Again, he provided a good test drive, answered questions I had, worked with me to understand pricing on the certified 1794 as well as pricing and ordering options on other Tundras. Mr. Girma worked closely with Mr. Ortiz, the used vehicle sales manager who was also very personable, they together answered more questions and ultimately presented a pricing option that I accepted. Closing the deal went smoothly, Mr. Girma even provided me telephone and computer time to complete some financing arrangements. Ms. Valerie Weddermann was very personal and friendly in completing final paperwork. Overall an excellent experience with the third vehicle that I've purchased at this dealership. More

Long story short, I was sold a lemon and put thousands of dollars of my own money out of pocket to fix it, and it never really got fixed. The vehicle I bought broke down within a week of buying it. I won't go into detail of what dealer I bought it from. Ron rosner Toyota in stafford does not carry lemons though. mr. Patlan-Ortiz and mr. Paris took really good care of me, were very attentive, really friendly and showed genuine concern in getting me into a good reliable vehicle with low mileage for a decent price. Some dealers at other places I've been to can seem pretty shady as if they are trying to hide something. Mr. Parlan-Ortiz and mr. Paris were not shady at all though. I walked to the dealership, and mr. Paris insisted on giving me a ride home before I purchased a vehicle. He didn't have to do that, and I was fine with walking back, but he shows genuine concern for his fellow man. The car came with a 2 year warranty, a year of free roadside assistance, and free oil changes for life. They were able to work with me, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More
