From the moment I arrived, It took less than 45 minutes to complete the entire process. This included installing new license plates, which they had on-site. In 30 years of buying cars, this is the most efficient process I have experienced. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Rosner Toyota of Stafford. More

Supposedly there was a mistake in cars.com where I saw the vehicle, but the dealer honored the lower price. I probably would have given a full 5 stars, but the first response I received from Rosner was at the higher price which was not listed in cars.com. Like I said, they honored the lower price, but I kept seeing the higher price as we reviewed the paperwork. Also, monthly payment was calculating higher as the certification fee was not included in the detailed breakdown, but was included in the payment. It will be much clearer and appear more above board if ALL costs were in the breakdown that leads to the monthly payment. I happened to have my financial calculator and found the additional cost. The Manager was nice enough to waive the fee. Salesman was great. More

No pressure at all when we got done Rick came back out to check on us and give us some more knowledge of the cars that he had on them and suggested somethings to us. We picked the one we really like went inside worked some numbers up and then got our paperwork signed. Which went really quick they had everything very organized and ready to go. They had our car cleaned with a full tank of gas and the tags on it ready to go by the time we got done signing the papers. Great people to work with would highly recommend them to anyone.
