While know want wants to be pressured or harassed, A buyer does want a sales associate to work with them on getting them in the car of there wishes at a price one can afford. I did not feel like the two places we looked, cared if we wanted a car or not, and they really don't "Need to sell as their vehicles sell them selves". this just told my husband and I , we need to keep looking. It also meant I may not be able to get a car comparable to the one I had been driving for 11 years. I may have to step down a knotch, which I did not want to do. Or go previously owned, which I didn't want o do. After work one Friday morning, I made a quick decision to stop at the Stafford Toyota Dealership, as that was where I bought my Camery 11 years ago. I wanted to see if they buy chance had the color combo I was looking for, and at what price? Mr. Girma was right there as I pulled up, waiting to greet me and help me. while I was not planning on buying that morning without my husband, he was very happy to help me, and took the time to sit down and work out numbers for me, and really made me feel, like I could afford the exact car I waned, and with a payment and price for me. He made me feel it was more about me, then him. Kinda like a realtor with a house. they want to see you get what you have your heart set on! This was the same expeireance I felt 11 1/2 years ago when I bought the same type of car at the same dealership! Thank you! More

I called ahead of time to inquire if the vehicle seen on their website was still available. After confirming it was, I indicated I'd be on my way over to take a look in person. I didn't provide a name or phone number during the call. When I arrived at the dealer, the car was parked out front ready for me to test drive. They didn't know if or when I'd show but the car the ready just in case. That's the sign of great customer service. Throughout the process I was not hassled nor asked a million questions. It was clear they were interested in letting me decide if I liked the car, and their "no-pressure" attitude really won me over. My salesman, Rick Suarez, was a pleasure to work with from the first minute we met. Highly recommend a trip to this dealer if in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
