He made sure the car was ready to go when I arrived and got me right in to see the finance department. The lady in finance explained all the available options thoroughly but was not high pressured. To the point I had done a lot of research before I arrived at Rosner Toyota. I knew which vehicle I wanted to look at and possibly buy before I arrived. I was very up front with him and he gave me the same treatment in return. Jerry showed me the Rav 4 that I had come to look at it and within 15 minutes we were inside discussing price. I already knew what I was willing to spend as well as all the discounts that I qualified for. The first price came back for full MSRP, which I wasn't going to pay. I made a fair offer which wasn't as low as I could have gone but I really didn't want to play the back and forth game which leads to let me get my manager... so on and so on. The offer was accepted and my paperwork was started. It took longer to do the paperwork then it did for us to agree on the price and terms of the deal. It was a very stress free experience. More
