Many companies will use the sales pitch “stress-free” but often you won’t get what you exactly are looking for or feel that the Dealership is trying to take advantage of you. Rosner Toyota of Stafford was my fourth dealership; all the previous ones were staffed buy your sleezy 30% APR sales bums that are only worried about getting your money. I can’t speak for the other salespersons but Girma must have been the person who wrote the manual on the way to treat customers appropriately.
