The 3 Rs Experience-- Roger, Robbie, and Rosner's I have had several Toyotas over the years but this was the first time I went out of my county looking for one. I came to Rosner's knowing I wanted a 2016 Highlander Limited. I was very lucky when I met Roger Paris. He is everything I want in a sales consultant. He listened to what I was looking for and promptly took me to the vehicle; pointing out features that I didn't even know was on the Limited. I didn't buy that day (my husband wasn't with me). Roger was gracious and never once applied any pressure; just gave me his card and said to call him with any questions. Fast forward 10 days and I called Roger; making an appointment for the following day. My husband and I test drove the Limited with Roger pointing out even more of the great features of this SUV. We were sold and sat down to finalize the deal. At this point, I wasn't sure if I wanted to lease or buy. Roger explained all the pros and cons and working with Finance laid out the different options we had; thus, making the decision to lease a very easy one. Robbie Satterwhite in Finance was great and made us feel at ease with the whole process. From start to finish our time at Rosner's was less than three hours; far exceeding any previous dealership experience we've had in the past (and that included detailing). Our second Toyota from Girma! Decided to take advantage of the Labor Day deals and went to see Girma who had previously sold us a 2016 Highlander.
