We found the exact vehicle we wanted in less than twenty minutes and negotiated a truly great price in about ten minutes. This is my fourth vehicle with Serge Sajous. He is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the product. He's very easy to talk with and never any pressure. On those very rare occasions when he didn't immediately know the answer to a question, he quickly found the answer and got back with me. I will always go to Serge first when I'm looking for my next Toyota. Regarding financing, I have had the pleasure of working with Valerie Wedderman regarding financing/payment. She is the friendliest, most professional and knowledgeable auto financing person I've ever dealt with. No high pressure sales pitch to buy things I don't want or need. Rather, she and I have worked together to come up with "win-win" deals where I really know I've gotten the best deal possible. The dealership must also be praised for its outstanding service department. Tommy Morgan and Pam Vaughan have always taken care of us and our vehicles and we will continue to have our Toyotas serviced at Rosner for as long as we own them. They are really great folks. (I was dropping off my Camry for service when we decided to see Serge about another vehicle.) It also really helps to have management like Shawn Flickenger and Mickey Ortiz who support their sales staff and work with the client to close the deal. Stafford Toyota provides and represents everything the American driving customer wants and deserves. They know how to attract and keep clients and build customer loyalty that’s lacking at so many other dealerships. I can not say we have ever had a negative experience. My wife decided to purchase a new Toyota Sequoia and the search began. We visited the dealer many times looking for the color and model she wanted. After several weeks, we were unsuccessful. We then decided to reach out to our salesman we have dealt with many times, Serge R. Sajous. We told him exactly what we wanted and put him to work. Within a day or two, he had found our new Sequoia. A couple days later, I got the call that it had been delivered to Stafford. Due to my wife and I being in the public service field, I told Serge the day I wanted to complete the transaction, as our schedules are very difficult to coincide with each other. I later learned that Serge was actually on vacation that day but agreed to come into work and complete the sale with us. Completing the sale was absolutely painless and enjoyable. We will continue to do business with them for a very long time. More

I am happy this dealership applied no pressure at all. Signing the documents from the finance department was surprisingly quick and easy. I believe that I could have purchased the vehicle within an hour! The finance department cheerfully assisted me a week later when I had general questions. More
