Passive, personable and rational I came in to pick up my car that was receiving an oil change and saw Jerry in the parking lot. When I approached him with a quick question he answered I came in to pick up my car that was receiving an oil change and saw Jerry in the parking lot. When I approached him with a quick question he answered and was humorous. I did not go in intending to purchase a car on that day but have been looking at Honda CRVs and RAV4s. With natural conversation, Jerry showed me what i was describing and showed me some other options. After talking and Jerry hearing my situation, Jerry sold me a brand new RAV4 hybrid. He was so laid back and worked with me, not against me. I had a car that I was even able to come trade in to go along with the deal. Jerry was awesome and I couldn't be more happier with his customer service and of course my new vechical. He was patient, quick and able to meet my needs. THANK YOU! More

Great purchasing experience Did a great deal of research prior to going to the dealership, so knew exactly what we wanted when we arrived. The car was ready and waiting and Roger ensured that we understood the controls and such prior to pulling away. After the drive we were convinced that we had chosen well. Roger walked us through the buying process and made it as painless as possible. I cannot say enough about Roger and Mike Felice, the finance manager. The two of them were an excellent team and we were able to do everything needed in the shortest possible time.
