When I first though of car dealerships before my intial thoughts were that it was a cold place with rude people. My boyfriend recommended going to Rick Suarez, when I got there he was very kind, friendly, and non-intimidating. If you're a first time car buyer and/or nervous about making such a decision big decision I would recommend highly going to him. He explained everything easily to me as well so if you go in and you still have trouble understanding something's when it comes to the financing part, he'll lay out the numbers for you and he'll easily explain to you and part you still have trouble understanding. I already knew what car I wanted walking in but him being so great, it pepped me up even more and made me even more excited to purchase my first car, so overall it was a pleasant first time buying a car and will go to him next time I come in to make a purchase. Also I was scared when I got to the financing part but DJ was great and did everything promptly at explaining everything and getting the paperwork done, which is how I like it. More

He was able to help us get a great deal on our Toyota Highlander and worked with us to ensure some little scratches would be fixed. My husband and I would highly recommend Dennis! He is very knowledgeable of cars and was very friendly. Further, when we met with DJ, we felt at ease with his knowledge of the process as well as his ability to take the "sales" mentality out of it. He reviewed all the options with us, but didn't force us in to anything. He merely provided information and let us make the decisions. It was very refreshing not having someone try pushing for you to purchase a bunch of items. More
