We settled on a new vehicle of the same kind that my family quickly fell in love with and although our Sienna experience was a bit soured, we have had good luck with the last two Toyotas that we purchased. The test drive, the special requests, and then handing me off to the Finance Dept. (DJ Diehl) were all handled seamlessly and efficiently by Jerry. DJ then did a great job of taking me through the paperwork in just the way I wanted to go with financing. Then DJ handed me back off to Jerry, who made the special arrangements I had asked for due to my wife not being able to be with me that day. Jerry held the car, put the plates on, cleaned it up and so when I brought my wife back to pick it up, it was all just perfect!! Thanks to DJ for all his help. And regarding Jerry, I will recommend him to anyone who wants to buy a new or previously owned vehicle from Sheehy. No pressure from Jerry. His approach was, tell me what you are looking for and I will help you find it the best I can. And believe me, he did. Jerry is tops in our book!! Oops, can't leave out Valerie Wedderman!!
