He was not pushy, and stayed very late (10:45pm) ensuring I was fully taken care of. Doug was conscious about my time, ensuring ultimate efficiency throughout the entire process. He promised to follow through on a question I had and I am confident he will. The sales manager Shaun and finance guy DJ were also great to work with. Overall, I am very pleased with the purchase. Sheehy Toyota gave me a great deal, and gave me a very fair trade-in price for my 2004 Corolla. I would definitely do business with them again and highly recommend them. Lee Ellerby negotiated well the price I requested, expeditiously went through the paperwork with me yet was not rushing me out the door (dealership had closed at this point). He clearly and thoroughly explained setup of radio navigation and phone again on his time. this was by far the shortest time I ever spent at a dealership purchasing a vehicle and only the second sales person I worked with that truly values his customers. He has called me since the purchase to make sure everything was still well and addressed any concerns I had. True customer service. He will definitely be the one I go to first when I'm in the market for my next vehicle. More
