He was most informative and was very patient about answering our many questions. He took as much time as we wanted to explain the Bluetooth, etc and even set up our phones and music for us. Did not try to "hard sell" us and we ended up getting a good deal. Our Finance Manager, Michael Felice was a joy to work with! Everything was set up for us with no stress on our part, he was very good at explaining all aspects of our "deal" which made it easy for us to decide what we wanted.as far as extra packages etc., he did not push us to make any decisions that were not our own. All in all a good experience we will repeat in the future when we need another car. Thank you Girma and Michael. More

Finally, Valerie Wedderman in Finance did an excellent job of explaining all of the paperwork and options culminating in a quick and easy sales transaction. I've purchased many vehicles, as Fleet Manager for my workplace, so I know what I need and how I need to follow through on a deal. Months ago, I went out for bid for a Camry, from 3 nearby Toyota dealerships. The least expensive won (dealership in Springfield) and Todd was my salesperson. During that deal, Todd was awesome. Nothing else BUT Todd was going right at that dealership, as the deal was going down. How did I come to Sheehy? I needed three Siennas and learned that Todd moved over to Sheehy, which is a fair bit farther away. I by-passed that last dealership, when going out for bid, since they left a very bad impression on me. Sheehy had the best pricing by a mile. Todd took on the deal, was flexible in our payment time-line, brought the three Toyotas to me with the paper work and it was done. Very professional and knowledgeable. So, my message to Todd is: THANK you. My message to Sheehy is: Keep beating all others with great pricing AND have Todd there to do business with me and you WILL get my next Toyota purchases. More

Dennis is highly responsive! About my banking/car buying service experience: I began my new purchase using USAA's car buying service. As a first time "new" car buyer, I had decide About my banking/car buying service experience: I began my new purchase using USAA's car buying service. As a first time "new" car buyer, I had decided that I will get "exactly" what I want and nothing less. Turned out that the information that I had submitted through USAA did not reflect all of the options and features that I had envisioned (likely my own fault). About Dennis: Dennis had reached out to me almost immediately to verify my requirements (but so did a dozen other dealerships; "word of caution": do not use "TrueCar" until you are actually ready to wheel-and-deal). Upon meeting with Dennis and discussing the details of my submitted requirements versus what I really wanted, it became apparent to both of us that the vehicle that I wanted was not at their lot. Dennis immediately went to work to locate my vehicle and after a few short conversations, he was able to locate a vehicle with my factory installed specifications (located at a different Sheehy location). We went into further details regarding accessories (some of them I wanted before he even mentioned them) as well as lightly touching on Toyota's warranty extensions and Sheehy's VIP service program without any aggressive over-selling. My preferences required some dealership installation which forced me to wait a few extra days before final delivery, however, I was okay with this as it meant that I was getting exactly what I wanted. During the whole wait and see process (4 business days), Dennis kept me up-to-date daily during the build-out-process and made himself available at what I would consider unreasonable working hours for any working person. Finally, I would say that Dennis went above and beyond my own expectations to ensure that I purchased exactly what I wanted and he delivered on that requirement. His most redeeming quality was that fact that if I asked a question that he didn't have answer to, he didn't spew a line of salesman xx, rather, he went out and got the official answer so that I can make a better informed decision. Dennis will not play coy or try to oversell you on something that you don't want or need. Word to the Wise: Do not engage in any car buying if you have no idea what you are looking for. Do your research, do your vetting, and do your financial planning before you ever talk to a dealer. Salesman are there to make "sales". Do not assume that all sales people have your best interest at heart. It is up to you to enter into negations where you already know what your end goals are. If your salesman is playing coy or trying to divert your attention to another "selling point", just walk away. More

Good to Great I met Roger Paris by accident on a Saturday Morning on the lot of Rosner Toyota Stafford.I was trying to look at the Vans tat were in stock on the lot I met Roger Paris by accident on a Saturday Morning on the lot of Rosner Toyota Stafford.I was trying to look at the Vans tat were in stock on the lot, thinking that I was there early enough not to be jumped on by salesmen . I actually drove to the end of the lot where the vans were, got out and was looking at them when I noticed A Man approaching me. It was Roger Paris. He asked me if I needed any help, I said no, he handed me a card and went about his business. That was the best thing he could have done with me. I was looking over the inventory of vans and notice there was only one that was all wheel drive. it was end of year, so i did not see to many. Roger was heading back toward the building and I asked him a couple of questions about the van. I ask him if I could see the inside, he said sure let me get the keys. He got the keys, I inspected the van for what I was looking for to be sure it would accommodate my needs. we sat in the front seat and he answered my questions about the van. Then the conversation turned to financing, I told him I was just looking for now that I was about 2 to 3 months out. he said that was not a problem. 1 Week later I bought the van. We called Roger, test drove the van did the paper work and was out of the dealer within 2 hours. This was the easiest and fastest and the most stress free experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. If I ever need to buy another one I will be calling Roger Paris. THIS EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. Even after the purchase he followed up and answered all my questions. I was hesitant to make the drive down to Stafford from Northern Virginia but I'm glad I did.
