Rick was very accommodating and showed me the numbers for couple of cars that meet my parameters; without trying to "just sell me something more expensive". My only complained is that I never got a number for my trading until I was about to sign the contract for the new car. But I knew the value of my car and got a bit more, so smiles all around. More

NICE PEOPLE, BUT JUST BAD BUSINESS although the people are nice! that does not make it ok, they for one kept my car that i got from them on 4/27/2017 was told it i couldn't drive it hom although the people are nice! that does not make it ok, they for one kept my car that i got from them on 4/27/2017 was told it i couldn't drive it home after buying it because of a recall i was ok with that and was told it would be ready for me to pick up on monday 05/01/2017, and well my car wasn't done and wasn't taken to me until 05/05/2017, was giving a loaner car, which i was not aloud to use for my work, and was only able to drive the loaner with the d-tag on it until 05/01/2017 so i had a car which was no use to me, then i go there yesterday cause i needed my title to the vw jetta to get my tag, and pay my taxes, i sat at the dmv for almost 3 hours to fine out the title wasn't under my name like the toyota saleman said it would, so i goto toyota to get the title then was told i have to wait until 05/11/2017 before i can get the title, well i was never told or sign anything saying i had to wait 20 business days before getting the title to the car that i paid cash with!! then the lady said i could have it today but they didn't know where my title was, and that she would have to call me, well she called me at 5pm yesterday to tell me that the old owner lienholder hasn't release the title to toyota ( how can you sell a car that you guys dont own!!) so now i have to wait god knows how long until toyota of stafford gets the title and put it in their name and then give it to me so i can put it in my name and pay my taxes !! and not once have they said sorry about this or anything, i will never buy a car from them again nor will anyone in my family and all 500 of my facebook friends will see this as well so that they will know how bad business these guy are!!! patrick conway 2011 vw jetta is what i bought and still as of today 5/18/17 still no title time to call bbb,ag office and local officials, update:05/19/2017 so after many calls to va state attorney generals, dmv, usaa, and to sheehy toyota of stafford, i found out that the last owner had a lien with usaa, usaa release the lien on 05/11/2017 and then both usaa and the dmv sent the free and clear title to the old owner!!! so after finding that out, i placed a called to the va state attorney generals office and the bbb, to file a complaint against sheehy toyota of stafford!!! and then on my way home after picking up my 6 year old from school, i get pulled over and the police run my temp tags and they come back as invalid the officer puts me in handcuffs in front of my 6 year old and her school cause they thought i stole the car it was over a hour before i could get someone to go to my house and get the thumb drive with the papers showing i bought and paid for the car to the officer so that i wouldnt go to jail for what they thought was thieft, today at 9am i called sheehy toyota and advise them of what i learn about the title of my car, and what the police did to me, and all she could say is sorry, well im sorry your sorry means nothing to me anymore, and sheehy has done nothing but made my first car buying bad and i will make sure that me and my family and friends will never buy a car from them or any sheehy company ever again, and what even worst no one has even offered to try and fix this problem or even try to make me happy with them, they dont seem to care at all, how sad from a big company who says they main goal is making customer happy!!!! More
