Horrible experience.....I was on time for my 3 o clock appointments that I got 4 reminder emails for.....i have a faulty window and lock button on the door.....after almost 3 hrs, they come and tell me th appointments that I got 4 reminder emails for.....i have a faulty window and lock button on the door.....after almost 3 hrs, they come and tell me they want to discuss what’s wrong, need part but warrenton is closed....will see about it on Monday....it’s as if I walked in with no appointment and probably could have done better had I not made an appointment and gone in early.....no explanation.....this is totally unacceptable. I’m not impressed at all with the service here. More
9am appointment for 90K service including oil change. 3pm still not done. Told it should be done within hour. So that tells me, my 9am appointment meant nothing. Asked to be called when finished. He knew the perfect balance between being immedi We recently purchased a truck from Sheehy Toyota of Stafford and Ammar made the experience wonderful. He knew the perfect balance between being immediately available to answer questions and giving us some space to check out the car on our own with no pressure. We were at the dealership most of the day trying to make our decision and test drove the truck twice. At no point did we feel rushed. Ammar was very patient and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. This experience was night and day better than several other dealerships we had recently gone to. We would definitely recommend this dealership. More

Horrible experience. Showed up a couple hours before closing and was greeted by a salesman with “My sales manager wants to know what you want because he wants to go home soon”. I said i wanted to purc closing and was greeted by a salesman with “My sales manager wants to know what you want because he wants to go home soon”. I said i wanted to purchase a vehicle and my wife was on the way to meet me here. I was asked 3 times within 20 minutes if my wife was here yet and how much longer it would take for her to get here. During that time they rushed to come up with some numbers on the vehicle that i wanted. I wasn’t even going to argue the price and i stated i just wanted to get the fair trade in value for my vehicle as listed by edmunds.com. The same appraisal service thats listed on the dealerships website.!! The salesman quoted me $6000 less than the fair trade in value saying that thats the best that could be done and my year and a half old honda just doesn’t retain its value.? I was essentially dismissed after i said I couldn’t take less than $500 below the fair trade in value. All of which took place in a matter of 20 minutes!!! I drove over an hour to get to this dealership just to be treated like a nuisance. Very disappointing and frustrating. No idea why they wouldn’t take time to try and sell me a 50k dollar vehicle, i suppose going home on time was more important. More
Customer service was excellent I have dealt with Sam Sayes the lady few times I have needed any type of service. He is always a straight shooter. There is no forced work. He actually cares about his customers and their vehicle being safe and in good working order. Sam has gone above and beyond to provid excellent customer service. I will definitely always work with him. Great! 5 stars! More
Frame Replacement Took my 2007 Tundra here to get the frame replaced due to the recall, while they were doing it they called and said the tail pipe and muffler was so r Took my 2007 Tundra here to get the frame replaced due to the recall, while they were doing it they called and said the tail pipe and muffler was so rusted that it fell off while they were taking the exhaust off and that the gas tank skid plate straps were rusted out, these 3 parts they quoted me $2,183 which is ridiculous. After getting the truck back, it was clear that they had ripped the tail pipe off the muffler, destroying the muffler outlet making it unusable with a new tail pipe. Matt, one of the managers there claims that it was already rusted and the tech ripped the rest of it off, instead of loosening one bolt to take the clamp off, destroying the muffler outlet. If it was already rusted through, then why is all the metal around the muffler shiny and silver? They also cracked the gas tank skid plate and didn't tell me. They refuse to take responsibility and will not replace any of the parts, leaving me with an almost $2,200 repair bill. Also, I called the Sheehy Toyota dealer in Fredericksburg to get a quote for the same 3 parts and they told me $1,614, so why is there a $500 difference at Stafford? Very disappointed with this service and will be going to corporate. More
