Great Experience! I drove from Richmond VA and it was worth the drive. James promised me he would make it worth the drive and he did just that! He was awesome and patient from beginning to end and although we were there a bit, he made us feel comfortable throughout the process. When the color of the interior/exterior Highlander was not available on their lot, James advised me that he would drive to the location of one of their sister dealerships and pick it up, and drive it to me in RIchmond, VA the following day. He delivered as promised and I am happy with my new purchase. Donald (DJ) Diehl - what can I say? He made us feel at ease and kept us laughing. He went above and beyond to help me stay within the payment range I wanted. I was able to get the extra service agreement, gap insurance, the VIP package AND the protection package for my car all while keeping my payments within a comfortable range. First Used Car This was my daughters first (used) car purchase and Rick Suarez was great to work with. He was accommodating, informative and had a no pressure attit This was my daughters first (used) car purchase and Rick Suarez was great to work with. He was accommodating, informative and had a no pressure attitude. Once we found a car we liked, it took a little while to get to the paperwork portion and then thru that process with the manager and finance department. There was a little miscommunication as we didn't plan on utilizing that service thru them but was prompted to complete the process even though we knew we were not driving off with the car until a few days later. Made for a couple of anxious days and started to second guess our decision due to the paperwork we signed. The total process took less then a week to complete and all appears to have worked out well. They went out of their way to accommodate us from the paperwork, service to the car and flexibility with our schedule. Overall it was a very good experience. More

Wasn't planning to sell my previous car, but the trade in value offered combined w/ the lower loan rate made it a deal I couldn't pass up. Overall nothing but nice things to say about this dealership and the people that work there (Jerry, Michelle, Cedric, Mickey, & DJ).
