I knew exactly what I wanted, but couldn't find it locally, so I traveled 450 miles by air/rental car to Sheehy to purchase a car I found on their website. I worked with salesman Tom Zinck via phone/text/email and he was very responsive and accommodating. In fact, he even picked me up at the car rental office down the street from the dealership. The asking price on the car was in the ballpark of my budget, and they moved a bit on it to close the deal with me... which I really appreciate. My travel expenses were less than $200, so it all fell into place. My interaction with the actual Sheehy dealership was limited to me actually picking up the vehicle. Because their Stafford dealership was in the middle of a large construction project, it wouldn't be fair to rate them on my experience. But again, Tom was great... no 'salesman' garbage. Just a real guy who I believe genuinely wanted the best for me in my car purchase. I highly recommend asking for Tom. I was a bit disappointed in the detail work on the vehicle, however. I understand it's a pre-owned car with 7 years of wear-and-tear. But the interior had a funky smell to it, and the seats were stained. I spent a couple of hours cleaning it up, removing the stains from the seats, back rug and floor mats... which took car of the smell. More

Great friendly staff Great, proactive car salesman met us (Tom) as Dennis, who we had communicated with previously, was unavailable. We had requested a manual Toyota Yaris iA to test drive previous to our arrival in Stafford--even set a date to look at it (or had requested the location where we could find one). Apparently, the initial request wasn't taken seriously and I went in slightly disappointed that the exact car I wanted wasn't available as requested. So Tom, the guy that got stuck with us on the run, did a great job listening to our concerns and setting us up with exactly what car I wanted. This included taking a 1.5 drive each way to grab it prior to our purchase. Have to admit, without Tom, we would've walked away & gotten a Mazda. More

I went back to this dealer, which is now Sheehy Toyota and had the same great experience of buying a 2014 RAV4 EXE, with Serge Sajous as my sales representative. He was a pleasure to work with. He was pleasant, patient, and helped me find the right vehicle at the monthly payment I was willing to pay. I'm very satisfied with my experience and will continue doing business with this dealership and the same sales representative. I felt no pressure, and very satisfied. I have my Toyotas serviced at this dealer as well. The service department is fast and courteous at all times and gives me great deals that help me as a single mom sending her college kid off to University.
