I bought my car at Sheehy and paid extra for the "VIP" service. I made an appointment this week for an oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was at 8:00. don't come here for trade in! They offered me even less than Carmax - especially they already know abt Carmax's number. I said no, THEN they said "what if we match carmax's offer, will u come in?" Horrible. Atrocious. Unprofessional. There is no way that after a short 6 month span, that my car shouldn’t be working and get told that they “have no idea” what the issue is. It’s not safe as the employees don’t properly wear their masks. Some Didn’t wear them at all at times. The people were super nice but it’s not safe inside. Wonderful nice people.
