I was worried due to the length and amount I still owed that it would be impossible, however, this dealership is truly exceptional. They were able to help me and get me into the perfect car I wanted in only a couple of hours. The financial portion was also extremely simple and easy to understand. We used the TrueCar buying service and Sheehy of Fredericksburg and Stafford both called us and made appointment same day. We met with salesmen from both locations but purchased from Stafford as they had the vehicle that we wanted (Double cab with 6' bed and JBL system). They worked with us on price and we came to a term that was reasonable to both of us (lets face it the dealers need to make some money also). Yeneneh Girma (salesman) and Kent Smith worked hard to make the sale and we came to terms. The deal was made close to closing and there were several deals being closed. Kent offered for us to go home and come back the following day since we had a dog at home. We declined and stayed to finish the deal and are very proud of our new truck. Now we are waiting for the call to schedule the installation of the tube steps to complete our sale. More
