Liars I dropped off my father's car for inspection at 10:00 in the morning. My "Service Advisor" Steve said the vehicle wouldn't be getting inspected for 2 I dropped off my father's car for inspection at 10:00 in the morning. My "Service Advisor" Steve said the vehicle wouldn't be getting inspected for 2.5 hours but would be completed today. 6.5 hours later I still hadn't heard anything even after replying twice to the new text message system they use. So I arrived at the dealership at 4:40 since they closed at 5:00 and was again told by Steve that my car would be ready today. At 5:05 Steve came into the waiting area to tell me my car would not be completed. Lying to customers is unaccetable, they will not recieve another dime from me and I have been taking multiple vehicles there for years. More

We used the TrueCar buying service and Sheehy of Fredericksburg and Stafford both called us and made appointment same day. We met with salesmen from both locations but purchased from Stafford as they had the vehicle that we wanted (Double cab with 6' bed and JBL system). They worked with us on price and we came to a term that was reasonable to both of us (lets face it the dealers need to make some money also). Yeneneh Girma (salesman) and Kent Smith worked hard to make the sale and we came to terms. The deal was made close to closing and there were several deals being closed. Kent offered for us to go home and come back the following day since we had a dog at home. We declined and stayed to finish the deal and are very proud of our new truck. Now we are waiting for the call to schedule the installation of the tube steps to complete our sale. More
