AJ Alston, Finance Manager, was HILARIOUS!!! and I guess you'd need a sense of humor watching folks money leave their hands...LOL. He was professional on point and very very smart. Serge and his team worked diligently for several days to get me the car I wanted for the price I needed. Serge was so patient and kind....I'm not the easiest customer! I actually started my search for a new Toyota about 6 months ago. He allowed me to test drive many different models in many different trim levels. And I am grateful for that. In the end, I decided that I wanted the Corolla in black, which they did not have in stock. They specially ordered the car from another dealership, and it arrived in only 1 business day. He never rushed me through the buyng process, which I also appreciated. Overall, I think that I got the price price possible and the best car for me. It was a fun experience and I enjoyed the special accomodations made by Serge and his team. In 6 years, I'm sure I will be buying a 2021 Toyotal Corolla S Premium from Serge @ Rosner Toyota. GREAT new car experience I have to tell you... everyone dreads to a point the new car visit and review. Well my wife and I went to Rosner Toyota to just look at a Tundra with I have to tell you... everyone dreads to a point the new car visit and review. Well my wife and I went to Rosner Toyota to just look at a Tundra with no intention of buying that day... I had called ahead and asked if the Truck was there and they were great on the phone so we went. Let me tell you, Sean Davis our salesman, was so good and honest, he did not pressure us, he did not try and push a sale, he was Sean Davis... He knew everything about the truck, he was so great to talk to and listen to he should us the whole dealership the service department the plans for expansion etc... His knowledge of the Tundra and everything about it was keen... but just the way Sean was and the way he was with my wife and I.... We bought the Truck, and Sean was great on a very busy and cold day... The process was easy, and Sean made us feel like we were his number one priority... his follow up since the sale has be great as so has the dealership. We so made the right decision to by our truck from Sean and Rosner Toyota, I would recommend him to anyone who would listen, I already have talked to my coworkers about why we bought the truck...
