The sales people are very route , very greedy, dishonest I bought 2018 Toyota Highlander LE with AWD, the sales person shooting customer from one sales person to another one and to another one, I didn't make I bought 2018 Toyota Highlander LE with AWD, the sales person shooting customer from one sales person to another one and to another one, I didn't make deal in my first visit with Marin Girm, but the dealership called me and asked me to comeback we make a deal, so I went to the dealership next day with my family and I saw the same guy (Martin Hepburn) came and told me, why I came to this this dealership again, because I didn't make a deal yesterday, I complain to the sales manager, they agreed to make a deal out of of door for $34000.00 , I had $4000.00 from my 2016 Toyota RAV4 . But they didn't include my $4000.00. I had a bad headache, and I thought, they subtract my trade, but they didn't , they sold the highlander for $42600.00 , which is the even the price of limited highlander not at this price. since I had headache and my kids are with me,they get advantage of my situation, I'll not recommend any customer to buy any car from this dealership, also i'll go to Stafford court and sue this dealership. More

Perfect Car I had not bought a car for 12 years and did a lot of research before deciding what I wanted. I really wanted a red 4runner, but they are hard to come by. When I mentioned that, I was told that in fact they had one coming in, I bought it without seeing it first. However, a couple of days later it did come and was exactly what I was looking for. Everything I was told was exactly as promised, price, timing, vehicle, everything. Teamwork makes the dream work Started off just getting gas at the neighboring WAWA and enters three members of the sales team of Sheehy Toyota. I appreciated their greeting initially from Tavon (sales consultant) who gave me an invitation and I felt compelled to continue the conversation. From the time I stepped In the showroom I was greeted and then I met Markell the sales manager. He let me know if I gave them an opportunity he would work to get a deal done. Anthony (sales consultant) was very pleasant and truthful with me which allowed me to be comfortable. The entire process was quick and seamless. Mike who did the signing of pertinent documents sealed the deal. Each person played an important role to not only making the transaction tonight but securing a recurring customer who was made to feel like family. Blown away To say that I was blown away by the experience and quality of service is the understatement of the year. Being a previous Tacoma owner I knew what I w To say that I was blown away by the experience and quality of service is the understatement of the year. Being a previous Tacoma owner I knew what I was looking for, and from the get go Jimmy was able to handle my needs with the most professional and straight forward manner possible. Upon first speaking with him over the phone for the first time, he was incredibly personable and charismatic. It was such an ease talking with him, as if it had been a long time friend. I had been going back and forth with a few dealerships about the car I wanted, and I was led under false pretense to another dealership to purchase the car in a color that I did not want. Brandon was able to not only match the offer for the exact car I wanted, but provide such a warm welcoming environment that the time spent felt fun and pleasing.
