He went above and beyond what he said he would. He seemed less like a car salesmen and more like someone I was just making a purchase from, and he helped me every step of the way from phone numbers to making sure every piece was installed correctly. Valerie in finance was very personable and made the time fly by and less stressful for a first time buyer. Staying an extra 5 minutes talking while signing paperwork just made the experience that much more relaxing and enjoyable. The gentlemen I was working with at Fredericksburg texted me the same night and responded "so much for sleeping on it." Funny, and rude at the same time. It's business and they just couldn't give me a price I was looking for, and they were too busy selling the vehicle instead of letting me buy the vehicle myself. He was generous and very knowledgeable and did attempt to work out a price but did not match my personality. When you see an early 20-something you'll only help them out so much with risk, but Rick beat them out this time. More
