We purchased a 2014 Mazda 3 to replace the Dodge and then Mr. Girma asked what year my Camry was. I told him it was a 2014 with 88K miles driven. My husband and I had driven it numerous times to Boston while our son was in school there. I had received several letters from Sheehy recommending me to bring my car in for a trade, but I didn't think I'd get a good deal because of the mileage. Boy, was I wrong! Girma and Mark Cowdin literally made me an offer I couldn't refuse. So now I'm driving a beautiful 2018 Camry and I couldn't be happier. More

No star dealership - pimped and swindled by a dealer! Thought I got the deal of the century. One day after purchase return expired, I blew a tire (one tire with no impact). Shame on me for not checking an EX fully loaded model. After it was towed, I am told the car needs two new rims and tires for $1310, again there was no impact to either rim. There was pre-existing damage. Please take the car back. More

Great Customer Service I came in with my aunt and uncle to look at a new 4Runner. He took our word and let us continue walking the lot (not pushy at all). When we were ready, we went in and found Arthur to begin the buying process. Next, we met Markell Robinson who said he was going to do everything in his power to give us a great deal - which he did! After my aunt and uncle walked away with their new car, I tried my luck on a new car, too. I worked with the same group and was given the same customer service. The deal was there and I left with a new Rav4. A couple days later, I was notified that my inspection sticker should have been updated, and I met Tarron Williams. He is honest, knowledgeable, and great service advisor. I recommend Sheehy Toyota of Stafford as a dealership and the group I have mentioned above for sales and service. Great team to work with. He was very transparent on everything and did everything he could to get us the best deal. Working with both of them allowed us to get the best deal we could and so we not only bought one car from them, but our nephew also bought a car from them the same day because they treated us very well. I will recommend not just Sheehy Toyota of Stafford to my friends, but I will recommend Arthur and Markell for them to work with. Very fair and very honest. More
