The service department fails to diagnose issues with my Toyota 4-Runner. As a result, in one single year, I paid OVER $10k in repair cost in multiple trips to this dealership. For example, I recently had Toyota 4-Runner. As a result, in one single year, I paid OVER $10k in repair cost in multiple trips to this dealership. For example, I recently had the inspection done with repair cost of $1,660. One day later, all warning signals came on and I now have to pay over $2,260 for additional repair costs. The only reason I am even giving them 2 stars is because of the friendly service staff. I wish they had given me a complete diagnosis so I wouldn't have to keep bringing the 4-Runner into the shop with substantial additional labor costs each time. Labor cost could have been significantly minimized if they had properly diagnosed the needed repair. Sorry to say but this dealership lost my business. More
A bit disappointing. Service Dept correctly diagnosed the problem of "cupping" of tires, but the solution (4 wheel alignment) was performed extremely quickly (in my expe Service Dept correctly diagnosed the problem of "cupping" of tires, but the solution (4 wheel alignment) was performed extremely quickly (in my experience with Sheehey Service Dept) and no documentation of the alignment was provided-just the bill for the service. So I really have no idea of the extent of misalignment (if any). Also they recommended services not required or recommended by Toyota (fuel induction cleaning @20K miles!!!) More
