Had recall, 30,000 mile service, and inspection completed. Service person (JT?) was efficient and courteous, work was satisfactorily completed. I bought toyota pruis 2015 from this dealer the guy the one who was given the service said all the cars they sold they are pre-qualified by certified mechanics but after one day the car broke but I called one who was given the service said all the cars they sold they are pre-qualified by certified mechanics but after one day the car broke but I called the dealer by chance I got talk with sales manager mr chris then he tows back the car in to the dealer then it took more than week to fix it during this days mr jone the mechanic guy he gave me free rental car. even to fix the car I didn't pay any money after that the car runs good so far 2 months . I highly recommend to buy from this dealer!! But overall the day they tow back my car I forgot 3 I cash money but they give the money back to me hmm they are nice peoples. More

My appointment for my 2019 RAV4 was at 11 AM. The service was 12 month Toyota Care (oil/filter change, tires rotation, other Toyota Care inspections.
