Josh was great. Met me outside, completing the preliminary paperwork quickly. Ordered an Uber to get me to Denny's for breakfast. 4 hour wait for the service I required. Mr. King checked my Toyota Prius in for NHTSA Recall No. 20V-369 at 11:00 a. m. on Monday, August 24, 2020. Either a UBER or LYFT driver took me home. Some hours later Mr. King called to report that the 1 20V-369 at 11:00 a. m. on Monday, August 24, 2020. Either a UBER or LYFT driver took me home. Some hours later Mr. King called to report that the 12 volt battery in the Prius had a faulty/weak cell and that the update of the Hybrid System Software could not proceed. I authorized that the 12 volt battery be replaced. Mr. King called when the work on the Prius was completed and sent either an UBER or LYFT vehicle to my home in Fredericksburg to take me to the Sheehy dealership. I paid the bill with my VISA credit card and drove home. My only complaint is that the process took so long, but computer problems at Sheehy were the cause. This is the third Prius that I have bought at what is now the Toyota dealership (was Rosner) and I am completely satisfied with my many service appointments there for routine maintenance. More
