This was my worst visit. They couldn’t find my appt or work order. Couldn’t locate my parts I had received an email the day before confirming my appt and that the parts for my recall were there. When I work order. Couldn’t locate my parts I had received an email the day before confirming my appt and that the parts for my recall were there. When I made my appt I was told if I was one of the first ones there I could get a loaner then that morning I was told that Toyota wouldn’t cover a loaner I had to pay 35 for the car. Which was ridiculous since the time to fix the recall was going to take 4 1/2 hours. Had I know I could have borrowed a vehicle. It took me 40 minutes to get my vehicle checked in and get the rental/ loaner Then the car (Toyota Camry was dirty on the inside). It had some type of sticky liquid had been spilled in the console and not cleaned out. My previous experiences have been fine but this one was horrible More

The salesman Jim was excellent. He had been in contact with a friend, who had bought from him before, so he already knew what kind of car I was looking for and had it ready to test drive. Since they had closed while we were finishing up everything Jim did the final scrub down for my vehicle, and did an excellent job. I really appreciated him and the finance guy staying after hours to ensure that I could leave that day. I am very happy and would recommend buying from Jim. The finance guy tried hard to get me into the VIP program, but I wasn’t interested. The Gap though was worth it, and I got the electronics repair package thrown in. If it was possible to rate Jim a 6/5 I would. More
