Expensive, everyone is always in a hurry never have time to talk and listen to their customers. I left with none of my question answered because the person I was talking to did not want to to take the time to talk and listen to their customers. I left with none of my question answered because the person I was talking to did not want to to take the time to give me prices for tires. I would have purchased them if he had assisted. You stand there for a long time before someone acknowledge you to write up your invoice. Scheduling on line is a waste of time. The service advisor was nice. More

Service customer service is very slow and act as if they are doing you a favor by fixing your car. Everyone seems to care more about looking cool than moving and working with any sort of urgency.
