Service Rep. Tarron Williams courteous, professional and of a demeanor consistent with reps. at other Lexus Dealer service. However, delay of shop in servicing our Lexus was unacceptable. Vehicle to be completed by or before 2:00 pm. No rush since we were shopping and planned to return by 2 pm. We returned at 1 pm. Only oil change, tire rotation and visual brake inspection to be performed. If service was going to be perform at 2:00 pm, why agree to 9:45 am appointment? Vehicle was ready at approximately 4:30 pm. By phone we agreed to cabin filter. Vehicle then ready at 5:50 pm. We had already returned home after waiting in your lounge for 2 hrs. from 1 to 3 pm. I chose Sheehy Toyota due to Lexus dealer absence in Fredericksburg. Disappointed. More
I had a question about my car and my rep went to ask a mechanic to see if he could find out what cause my car to do what my concerns are. Wanted to schedule an appointment to preform a recall service on my 2019 Camry hybrid, asked for a loaner vehicle while my car being serviced, first they said Toyota will not allow a loaner for that type service on my 2019 Camry hybrid, asked for a loaner vehicle while my car being serviced, first they said Toyota will not allow a loaner for that type of service, called Toyota corporate was told I should be able to get a loaner car and the dealer will bill them for it, called back and told them what Toyota corporate said and they changed their story to we will try to accommodate you if there is one available when you drop your car off. Called Jack Tailor Toyota of Alexandria, they ordered the fuel pump, made an appointment and reservation for a loaner vehicle completed the recall service in 3hours, was planning to purchase a new car soon, will not consider Sheehy they were a great company under the old name (Rosner Toyota) know they are awful More
