This dealership performs poorly. My first experience was taking in a 6 month old Camry Trd for an oil change. It was supposed to have maintenance covered for two years. They didn’t change the oil claiming i taking in a 6 month old Camry Trd for an oil change. It was supposed to have maintenance covered for two years. They didn’t change the oil claiming it didn’t need to be change for 10,000 miles. The manual that comes with the car says 6 months or 5k miles if you make frequent short trips, which we do. So, you get two oil changes in two years under their “free maintenance,” which is contrary to the manual Toyota gives you with the car. The second experience was taking a Tacoma in for a rear brake job including new pads and re-surfacing the rotors, which was the dealer recommendation. After they did that, the brakes vibrated like crazy. Took it back the next day, they said the rotors were pulled off the machine too early. They re-did the resurfacing job, taking another half a day, and it was satisfactory, no vibrations. Third visit was for an oil change scheduled at 3:15. I called at 6:30 and they said they will be done by 7 when they close. This is a great place for factory service if you want to spend a lot of time running back and forth to get a 2 two hour brake job done in a day and a half, or a great place to not get your oil changed and void your warranty, or schedule an oil change that takes 4 hours. Your time means nothing to them. More
