Our new car was delivered with the wrong mats. We were given to understand that we will be given some instruction on how to use all of the many new features of the vehicle but that didn’t happen. In today’s car market Sheehy Toyota is a standout in the most positive way. I bought my Venza at msrp. Many dealerships charge above msrp because they can during the current car shortage. There ways no pressure to purchase products in their F&I department. The products were presented by Daniel, and I either made the decision to buy a product or pass on it. From the employees who answer the phone ( Jordan and Cassidy), to my salesperson Wilton Fernandes, to the General Sales Manager Chris Richards, there was a appreciable level of professionalism absent from many dealerships.
