Communication was really difficult. I tried about 5 times in one day to get ahold of someone to get an update on how long the work would take. Each time I was told someone would call m I tried about 5 times in one day to get ahold of someone to get an update on how long the work would take. Each time I was told someone would call me back with an update and no one ever did. It would have been better if they had been upfront about not communicating. Very frustrating to be told "we'll call you back in a few minutes" then never hear anything More
