Drove to another dealer the next day and bought the vehicle I wanted at a better price. Sent an email to the Internet Sales Manager voicing my frustration since I had purchased many vehicles from this dealership and asked him to give me a call. He never did. Horrible experience. Will likely never buy a vehicle from any Rosner owned dealership again. More
