Let me start by saying that I have purchased vehicles from Rosner Toyota twice before. Our reason for visiting this time was because of an accident, not exactly the reason you want to be purchasing a new vehicle.... However we needed to replace our Prius and we needed something affordable, and George helped us to do just that. His customer service was phenomenal. I have a 2 year old and couldn't get to the dealership with my husband, so there was a lot of texting going on throughout the process. Next thing I know I'm shaking George's hand in my driveway because he had my husband test drive the new Corolla to our house so that I could see it and drive it myself!! Incredible! He was incredibly genuine, knowledgeable, and most importantly to me, sincere. He spent good quality time working with us to get us in 2new vehicles. No matter how many questions I asked, and there were a lot, both George and Mike were patient, attentive, and got me to understand everything I was asking. Even picking up the cars was flawless. The new showroom is fantastic. It's welcoming and every person working made sure to say Hello to me and my daughter. The kids playroom is a huge plus!! Once my new Corolla was washed and filled they pulled it right up so I could get my walk through from George. Again, he was knowledgeable and patient and most of all so incredibly friendl!
