I had visited over 15 dealerships in a two week period looking at SUVs for my wife, not once did I come across a salesman who acted like they cared for my business until I showed up at Rosner. Jim didn't pressure the sale at all and let me take plenty of time to think about things, he also did a great job working with the management to meet my price goals. Although the vechile we cane to look at was sold, Jim not only found us a vehicle, he found us a vehicle better then the one we came for. He took his time walked around the lot a couple of times. Asked us what we were looking for and cared about what we needed. We found the perfect suv for my wife and i will be returning for a Tundra and when that happens there is only one man i will deal with!!! Jim Glasner is who i will call and recommened for anyone!!!! But behind this service is , friendly defraud you from your money while not giving you accurate information on what is wrong with the vehicle . I took my 2006 Toyota high lander due to power steering failure. They could not diagnose the problem and wanted me to put new steering computer. I did replaced the computer and power steering got normal but was getting stiff intermittently. I called them they they need to recalibrate the system. I took it back they said they could not recalibrate it, may need a rack pinion. I took from them and put a rack pinion. Took back for calibrate they said it needs new computer bought brand new computer this time they said may be old rack pinion was may be good. I did wheel alignment, new steering computer. Rack pinion steering clock spring but steering is still not moving. To my surprise Toyota technician could not diagnose the problem or they wanted to defraud me money. My vehicle is still in the shop. Please do not go to this place until you have surplus money to waste . This place is scam. More

My wife and I moved to the Fredericksburg area in 1989. We bought our first Toyota from Rosner and with rare exception, we have always received good deals and fair trades. Last January we moved close to Manassas and within a year, we were looking for a new/small SUV. Since we are really close to Lustine and Miller Toyota, we tried them first. I guess the sales volume they enjoy has caused them to forget the importance of fairness and customer service. After experiencing some old sales "games" with both of them we decided to drive down to Rosner in Fredericksburg. As always, the experience was first rate and I can tell you that as long as we live within a few hours drive of Rosner in Fredericksburg, we will always do our new car shopping there. More

From the moment I stepped out of my sister in law's vehicle, there were multiple employees eagerly waiting by the entrance of the dealership to assist From the moment I stepped out of my sister in law's vehicle, there were multiple employees eagerly waiting by the entrance of the dealership to assist my wife and 17 month old daughter. Of the many employees there, Mr. Jim Glasner was the one gentleman that approached my wife and me asking if we had already been helped. From that moment on, everything seem to go as smoothly as possible. Although Mr. Glasner was unaware of our need at the initial introduction, he tactfully and professionally went from a casual greeting, easing the tension of purchasing a vehicle, to introducing us to a wide variety of vehicles currently on the lot. After narrowing down the vehicles by acquiring our credentials, he professionally extended his service by welcoming us in to his cubicle and personally researching information he deemed pertinent to our business after physically walking us around the lot to show all the vehicles currently available at the moment. No matter how hesitant I felt, Jim really expressed his concern for meeting our need, providing the service and information needed for us to be at ease, leading to us eventually purchasing our less than 24 hour old Toyota Highlander. Jim expressed a genuine concern for my family's experience there at Toyota's dealership, and would have to say that he is a great asset to the Toyota family. I'd also like to say thank you for feeding my pregnant wife having pregnancy pains while going through the lengthy paper work. From Jim, to the rest of the gentlemen their at this specific Toyota dealership, they all did an excellent job helping my family go through this process quickly, but thoroughly.
