Joey kept me informed throughout the process. Was told the additional work would take an extra hour but ended up waiting an extra 3 hours. Was informed a couple times that it would be another 30 minutes, but kept waiting. Waiting isn’t a problem if we know, could’ve made alternate arrangements. Joey claimed he gave a $50 discount for the trouble, but invoice only showed the $40 VIP discount which I would receive anyway. Work is always done well here, was annoyed this visit with the extra unanticipated waiting. More

Dealership is great to work with. I brought my truck in for service to address a humming sound coming from the rear. I got a new set of tires and breaks thinking that might be the sol I brought my truck in for service to address a humming sound coming from the rear. I got a new set of tires and breaks thinking that might be the solution. It wasn’t. I thought they would test drive the vehicle to see if the hum was gone but I assume that didn’t happen. I was hoping they would check the bearings or differential while it was on the lift but it doesn’t seem that occurred. I will follow up with dealership to schedule another appointment to once again try and solve the problem. I’ve been coming here for over ten years and I really do appreciate the excellent service and will continue to bring my vehicle here. More

Was told State inspection would take 2-3 hours to complete. Fortunately for me, it only took 30-45 minutes. Great service. Would definitely recommend and will comeback again. complete.
