As it turned out it was my ignorance of the vehicle and not a problem at all. I live in King William Co. and my closest Toyota dealer is about 20 minutes away. Rosner is about 45 minutes. I felt it wasn't as roomy as I would have liked, so I ventured over to the Highlander XLE. Viewed the price, exterior and interior and I was sold, just needed to convince the hubby. Took the test drive, went home to discuss, and the following day made a call to get the deal going. Less than a hour, George informed us a brand new Highlander just rolled off the truck. Headed asap and Gearge got all the paper work rolling and even got us a lower APR than if we processed on our own. (Pays off keeping credit score intact). We drove off the lot within a couple of hours as two happy campers. Overall experience was 👍👍👍👍👍 because George was professional, personable and very informative. Very impressed with financial person, David also. Rarely write reviews, but Ron Rosner, George, and staff made a great impression and I never give a 5 rating. (I didn't intend on writing a book.).
