To get that from a salesperson from a dealer is rare nowadays. Took out the '15 Challenger for a test drive. He wasn't pushy, rude or disrespectful like 75% of the dealers have been. I had to expand my budget for this vehicle; and Jim understood. When it came to pricing, they were very rare and everything they can for me to purchase the vehicle. Jim gave me as much tips and pointers he could about my trade in, the Challenger and how to proceed with things. The process was so quick and easy, simple and NOT A HASSLE unlike other dealers tend to make it. I live an hour and 30 mins away; and it was xxxx worth the drive. We met Jim Glasner who gave us the best customer service ever and by far the best experience that we have had buying a car. There was no pressure at all. He listened to what I was looking for and believe me I’m picky. He wrote everything down and he would send me pictures via text message to see if I was interested. We finally decided on a car and the rest was very easy. Jim walked us through the whole process. In the end I got the new car and my grandson got my old car. We are both happy! More

Honest answers, pointed out things we should consider and made the whole experience pleasurable. We couldn't come to agreement on the price but it wasn't due Jim not trying his best. We left without buying the car. As we discussed it questions came up and Jim provided answers. We changed our mind, reached a deal and picked up the car a couple days later. When we arrived on the lot, we were greeted by our salesman, Jimmy Rhody. Jimmy's friendly manner and knowledge of their inventory was very impressive. He was not just concerned with selling a vehicle; he was interested in the needs of our entire family as well. He really took care of us by finding the exact vehicle that we were looking for, working with us on an offer price, and getting the vehicle relocated. He took the time to show us all the "extras" in our new 2017 Toyota 4Runner and even took the time to help us get the bluetooth system operational before we left. Jimmy's friendly demeanor and can do attitude in getting us what we wanted demonstrated his commitment to satisfying us as the customer. Jimmy went far and beyond what was expected as a salesman.
