Run!!! Save your money for a car! I brought car and realized after the fact they charged me 1000 in fees on a used 2010 model. I wish I did if u don't you are giving away in fees. Buy straight up! I thought I got a deal was majority overcharged. The sales guy Jim pretended to be so nice! Smh! Again, he was attentive, informative, direct with information AND he returned my calls in a timely manner. He did not try to feed me false information or tell me what he THOUGHT I wanted to hear. Mr. Stratton was knowledgable, efficient, and again -- extremely professional. He was also kind, but not overly so. In the past, I have hated the hunt for a new car purchase. Untruthful We bought a vehicle in May and the salesman informed us that it had a timing change not a timing belt so that would save us in maintenance costs. After speaking with my mechanic I learned it does have a timing belt and it is do to be changed soon (which is a $700-1000 job). I brought it to their attention and they didn't even offer to help with replacing. I would have had it done before purchasing if that was the case More
