It really is 'easy' to shop for a used car at this dealer! Walked into the showroom and was greeted immediately in a friendly and helpful way; and introduced to Jose as the person that would assist me. I came back the next day to thoroughly test drive one of them and Jose set me up with Jim since he had other customers at that time. Jim discussed options and answered all of my questions after my test drive and arranged, at my request, for a car on another Sheehy lot to be delivered to the Fredericksburg dealership so I could look closely and drive that one - without having to go to Manassas myself! I bought the car and received exceptional assistance with the minor things I wanted done prior to me taking delivery. Very happy and 100% satisfied with the entire experience, which spanned 4 days. The price was fair and the extra service they provided me at no charge was very generous. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Jose and Jim on a personal level. More

I was originally expecting this situation to be the stereotypical “sales gig”, but I was completely wrong. Saige accommodated to each and every one of my wants and needs (which was MANY), and he was VERY patient with each step. I’m a very firm, hard-headed person, but Saige kept me very happy throughout the whole process. He kept me informed with each step, he made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, and never went back on his word. Needless to say, I am VERY happy with my experience and I will continue to go back to Sheehy strictly to work with Saige again. More
