Conrad responded promptly to my e-mail stating he may have a car that meets my needs. As it turned out he had a car that had the back-up camera but did not have navigation. I thought I would have to continue to search for a car until Conrad informed me that my daughter would be able to sync her I-phone to the car and if she were using the GPS application, it would be displayed on the back-up camera screen. This would enable her to have GPS functionality without me having to pay the appox. extra $2k for navigation! OUTSTANDING! On top of that the car had a sun roof which my daughter is going to love. As I had stated earlier, the buying experience was quick and painless. I will definitely shop Sheehy Hyundai of Waldorf for my next Hyundai purchase. More

Waldorf was a little further than we wanted to travel, but it was so worth it! Not only was the vehicle in nearly-new condition, but the customer service was unparalleled. Rick Cypress was in immediate and regular contact upon our initial inquiry. The price was a bit out of our budget, but Rick worked with his supervisor, Manny, and we were able to arrive on a price we could afford. He held the vehicle for us until we could get there and it was ready and waiting at our appointed time. The next morning we took it to our regular repair shop and they said it was in unbelievably good condition but they identified an issue. Our hearts sank since it was purchased as is without a warranty, but when I called Rick, he consulted real-time with Manny who said they'd fix the problem. Not wanting another round trip to Waldorf, they authorized me to take the vehicle to a Sheehy dealership near our home. Unparalleled service, and the quality and pricing were beyond anything else we encountered after an exhaustive search. Highest endorsement!!! More
